impulse Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 (edited) Whatever you work out with your license, you should probably read the fine print on your insurance policy. If you drive on an IDP that refers to a revoked or suspended license back home, it could be your insurance will be void. If you drive on a Thai license that refers to an IDP from a revoked license, your insurance may be void. You may never have a problem right up until you file a massive claim and you can be sure that your insurance company will look for any legitimate reason not to pay that claim.
