Yes, if you can show 100,000 in a bank account in your name.

Savanakhet will issue without the need to show money, but with paprwork.

    thanks guys, i did check the pinned topics but the latest info i could find was from januay this year.

    a little bit extra digging and i found the following requirement page direct from KL:
