The context here is a guy is mad about a careless person bumping

into him with her shopping cart.

He says:

ยังปรี๊ดใส่ still noisy,being loud- maybe he means not apologetic, still trundling around,talking loudly, bumping into people as if nothing has happened.

And as the writer says-วัยทองทั้งนายทั้งบ่าว- hitting both old and young.

ยังปรี๊ดใส่ implies that the woman might scold the guy who was hit. Her shopping cart bump him, she didn't apologize but scold him.

วัยทองทั้งนายทั้งบ่าว - The guy said it in the meaning of those two women, a boss and a servant are in the age of menopause (that's why they might have mental problem and don't know what manner is.)

has a guardian/servant along with her that gets into the spat.

One more question. What is meant by ตาหมวด ?

The ladies when talking about the guy amongst themselves refer to him as ตาหมวด

He’s a cop around 30 years old. As far as I can tell his name is just ทวีป

But there is a question in a previous scene ชื่อหมวดทวีปใช่ไหมคะ

What are they saying when they refer to him as ตาหมวด or อีตาหมวดปากร้าย

Is หมวด part of his name or does it have some sort of derogatory meaning?
