PATTAYA:--Pattaya workers went back to work after their initial efforts to repair storm drains was met with widespread complaints about shoddy workmanship.

Nine Engineering Department workers again took to Second Road June 15 to redo repairs to drain covers after floods of motorists complained about uneven pavement and drains that didn’t lie flat on the pavement.
