I dont want to make any wrong assumptions regarding a double entry

tourist visa I got in Laos so i just want to ask this question....

At the end of the first 60 days most people seem to go to Immigration

for a 30 day extension. But as an alternative to this,

if i wanted to could i just leave Thailand on the date on my first 60 day

stamp and spend te next 30 days in another country

but just ensuring that i re- enter Thailand for the

2nd entry before the expiry date of the visa ?

Yes or you could enter anytime before use before date for the new 60 days (no need to stay out any set time) and you can still extend that second stay 30 days if you want.

You can do that if you want.

You can spend as long or as little time as you want in another country and get 60 days when you return

As long as the Visa is still valid of course.
