What kind of problem are you having?

I've never signed up for an e-bill. But I do pay my True Cable Television and True Internet online through my online banking, never had a problem? Maybe I'm old fashion but I like having a hard copy of my bills and a printed receipt for the transfer made to pay them? I just have the feeling that if I ever have a problem it would be easier to go to the office of the provider with hard copies instead of asking them to search it on the computer?
