Same here. Saying one loves Thailand isn't the correct verb as it's way too emotive. You can love one's homeland though. Despite not living there since 1977, I love Scotland, where I was born. I have lived in Thailand for the past 20 years (the previous 27 years here as itenerant oilfield trash, although great fun, doesn't count), but I don't love this country.
