Anyone know any ATM's that spit out USD in Thailand?

I doubt it that there are any in Thailand. Cambodian ATM's do that.

They have them in BKK Airport.

Hmmm. Interesting question. Unrelated but I recall the last time I went to Canada that the Canadian ATM I used gave me the option.

i saw one at swampy, but it was on the otherside of passport control, so you can only use it if you have a flight. it was a SCB atm, so you may want to ask if they have other machines at the airport.

Siam Bank at the airport on the corner of the crossroads of shops towards the massage shop. Swampy that is.

You will get hit for the THB 150, the currency selected is irrelevant, as I assume you are still using a foreign ATM card....if you used a Thai ATM to draw USD,Euro etc at the swampy ATM's then you wouldnt get hit with the THB 150. Never tried a a foreign ATM card in these machines but have used by SCB card and wasnt charged

Siam Commercial has one. tried several times to draw a few bucks just for testing purposes. never worked. can't describe the location. somewhere on the main "road" to the gates.

The SCB one in BKK Airport USED to accept any bank's cards, but ... last time I tried to use it (2 months ago) it would only take SCB cards. I will be giving it a try again on Saturday!
