The Watermark Team has been up and running since 2002, and we are looking for individuals with the desire to bring something fresh to the F&B/Hospitality industry. In Phuket, we are recognized for our Cakes, Patisseries, and Italian food, but offer more than that. If you're looking for a valuable internship dedicated to build a solid skill-set in F&B or hospitality, then we invite you to work with our team. We are looking for interns available in the Fall/Winter Semester (Oct 2012-Feb 2013). Both Thai and International students are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

The candidate would be required to work closely with our team with a range of responsibilities which include: develop/budget catering&event packages, provide support such as welcoming clients and coordinating with the Catering&Events Manager, market research, administrative work, and working with the F&B service staff.

Ideal Candidates should be:

-Thai National/Foreigner living in Thailand

- Excellent communication skills in English/Thai

- Positive and self-motivated

- Quick learner and ability to multitask

- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word&Excel)

- Possess Spreadsheet, Admin, and Budgeting skills

- Passionate in the F&B/Hospitality Industry
