I will soon be able to get a retirement visa and I know I need 800k on the bank for at least 60 days. I have a thai creditcard where i had to deposit 200k, can I use this 200k for a part of the 800k or must I cancel the creditcard and take out the deposit?

Normally accepted accounts are regular savings and fixed deposit savings. Money you can access at any time without loss of principal seems to be the criteria.

Do not believe an account supporting a credit card would be available for access without loss of card and payment of outstanding balance so likely would not be allowed.
