i wish to change my appointment online but could not figure out how to do it- there was no clue on the website that i saw- any ideas?

what i could not manage was to cancel the old one before getting the new one which is easy enough....

Go to the day on which you have the appointment and you will see something like the screen shot below. Click cancel and follow the instructions.
