Hello Everybody,

does anyone know if a teacher can obtain a work permit without a degree, but with just a NON-O visa?

I've recently heard conflicting stories, both agreeing and disagreeing on this subject.

If anyone has first hand experience regarding this matter, then it would be great to hear something definite though all replies will be much appreciated.

A work permit can be obtained on a non-O visa (but might be denied if issued for retirement. For being issued based on being a family member of a Thai there should not be a problem).
