But just need someone to clarify a few things . Can I work there if I get a category O visa ? If not how do I go about getting one ? Do I apply in Thailand or England ? lopburi3 Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 You have provided no indications of qualifications for a non immigrant O visa. For business and work the non immigrant B visa is issued. But it appears you are not working for anyone so that would not be an option either. Suspect you may have to enter on a tourist visa and set up company and obtain the non immigrant visa and later work permit here and from a consulate in the area.
