Can anyone help...my local thai restaurant does a spicy aubergine dish...Its in a spicy sauce but not too much sauce has the usual thai basil taste - I love this dish and need the receipe as its costing me a fortune feeding my addiction...

As no one has come back to you yet with a recipe, I thought I'd share with you what I do when I'm in a restaurant and I try something I love. I ask! You'd be surpeised how often the staff will pass on the recipe to you. I have had chefs come out and talk to me personally (when they are not to busy) because they love to have people enjoy their cooking. Just try and see what happens...
