Fake Taxi Driver accused of sexual assault of 17 year old girl in North Pattaya

PATTAYA:--Pattaya Police have arrested a fake motorbike taxi driver accused of sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl.

Police Major General Jamnong, Provincial Police Commander, held a press conference at Pattaya Police Station on Thursday to announce the arrest of Khun Supagit aged 22 in East Pattaya. He is accused of assaulting the girl on Wednesday evening after he was flagged down by the victim who intended to utilise his taxi service to get to her place of work in North Pattaya from Soi Nong Get Yai. Instead of taking the girl to work, the fake motorbike taxi driver took a detour and is suspected of committing the sexual assault in an area of wasteland.

The suspect is currently on bail relating to a previous case where he is accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
