Check the link below to an article in the UK's Daily Mail newspaper today about the elephant trade between Burma and Thailand and how elephants find their way to Thailands elephant camps. Not a pleasant read.

I have known about this for years.

The best way to help the elephants is to boycott these places and put the traders of misery out of business.

This includes the Zoos, Night Safari and the so-called Temple tiger sanctuaries.

Basically anything to do with animals and tourists in Thailand is going to be run on the same lines.

The tourists who visit and help finance these institutions of cruelty and suffering are as much to blame as the traders themselves.
