Look how many morons on here are so quick to slate Bangkok, and yet you continue to visit/live here year after year. The biggest problem with Thailand is the very existence of people like you here!

Great city. Always nice to come back, see and feel the real thing. Bangkok is the place which makes you smile after several months with boring people

and in grey coloured cities

This is vibrant city with all the good and bad things, you like it or you hate it and when the day comes then you move on and never look back.

i believe you are right... as long as you stay in your 20,000 baht condo in BKK, post code 10000

So what is the rank of Singapore ?

Have they gone dull, the pavement needs major improvement in many area.

Some key city center like near Emporium and Siam, Sathorn, and near by there are fine.

Other places well let's see. Some pictures of Bangkok streets speaks for themselves... But yes, you can believe you're in NYC or london or Paris.

Top fashion stores and mall dedicated for the elite and high local so cast which is in fact in a kind of middle age, makes you believe it is fantastic.

And in fact yes.

For for the outlook for Bangkok, KL for example is far better with nice park.

I wonder what KL ranked.... ?

hard to believe ..... lousy pavements to walk , very poor lighting in streets on main road such as sukhumvit or silom you need to slalom between pedestrians and street food seller or souvenir stall etc .... Not to mention the heavy traffic , the over crowed BTS ..... Could be interesting to know how they judge a city , under which criteria.

Adventure tourism (not to be confused with quality of life)!
