Eight inches up yeaterday, and risen to nearly one foot today. A direct result of steady rain for the last couple of days. More to come, and just started to rain again quite heavily now. How's it down there Gonzo?

The rain in the past few days has been rather light up here compared to what we got before the floods last year. Last year we had four days of torrential rain with flash floods up in the mountains. Nothing like that going on at this point. You are probably just seeing a normal rise after the rains. All that is very good news for the rice farmers that are currently planting.

The rain has not been hard at all here for the past few days...... but just about half hour ago I looked and I would guess the river is up about little less than a foot. [12 inches]

Nothing like in the past years where we had very heavy rains locally as well as further North....

Is Yingluck back from her shopping trip yet....... maybe the river is scared of her mandate of no floods this year.

Might be something coming in the near future though, as the animals are getting restless and do not want to go any where near the ark. Rented rooms in the ark in the off season........ had somewhat of a hard time only limiting it too only 2 pigs..... Whats going on with this world...
