My First 90 Day Reporting

Ok - we all know that we can mail our 90 day reporting into Suan Plu but for my first trip I decided to do it in person. I read up on posts here as well as the emmigration homepage, I downloaded the form (which came out rather garbled so I must be missing some fonts - anyone else had that problem..?) and I copied and signed all the pages mentioned under mail in (all passport pages Incl. visas and arrival stamps, arrival card both sides, 90 day slip and so forth) - as I could not find anywhere what was needed if came myself.

At Suan Plu all they wanted was my passport and the form which I got and filled out there.....
