Representative of English Premier League begins his tour to Thailand

BANGKOK: -- Officials from the English Premier League [EPL] on Friday visited Thailand to give a presentation for prospective bidders for the rights to broadcast EPL 2013-2015 seasons.

Paul Molnar, Director of International Broadcasting and Media Operations at The Premier League on Friday has personally visited TrueVisions, the current rights holder.

Molnar spoke of the partnership between The Premier League and TrueVisions that TrueVisions has been an excellent partner for the Premier League in Thailand and offers comprehensive coverage across all 380 matches per season.

" We appreciate the exposure and distribution available on the TrueVisions platform and are confidential that our fans will be offered excellent coverage of the the Barclays Premier League again next season," he said.

The licence bidding will take place soon and many operators in Thailand have shown a keen interest. The winner will be expected to be announced by the end of September.
