I Have A Double-Entry Tourist Visa, Can I Get/Use Visa On Arrival Instead When Entering Thailand?

I am currently in Thailand on a double entry tourist visa. My question is if I cross the border to Cambodia and I re-enter Thailand, can I get the 15 day visa-on-arrival or do I have to use the second entry on my visa? I ask because I would like to preserve the second entry for later this year. Since the Thai Visa is already in my passport, I'm concerned that the immigration official on the Cambodian border will force me to use that versus just give me the 15 days.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks,

Alex

You can ask, but unlikely since you already made 1 entry on the double entry.

You do know that you have to use the visa before the expiry date, mentioned on the visa? The second entry must be made before (or on) that date, or it is lost.

You knwo you cna extend a toruist visa by 30 days on each entry?

With a re-entry permit you can leave the country for a few days or weeks and keep your old permission to stay date.
