Tried to upload a clip by Tom Waits because it reminded me of ourselves (expats in Phuket) but it is not allowed?

Moving this to support. No reason why you cannot upload.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'upload' as Youtube videos are not uploaded as an attachment but just the full URL posted. Just copy the Youtube URL that is in the address bar then paste into the topic you want. Example below.
