I bought my car when I was on a non-o visa, now the rules have changed, I am on a triple entry tourist visa because I am under 50.

can I sell my car? I read somewhere that I needed to be on a non-o or have a work permit to sell it? I hope not or its going to have to last me the next 11 years before I can get a non-o visa.

You can own and sell a car on any visa.

You'll need a Certificate of Residence (Proof of address).

Yes, you either need proof of address or workpermit. With tourist visa at most immigration offices you'll be able to get a proof of address, but no guarantees.
