How To Automatically Bcc In Apple Mail On Ml?

Ok I finally decided to switch from Thunderbird to Mail and I do like some of the features in Mail but find it most annoying for one of my mail accounts I can not automatically BCC every email I send. I answer emails for someone else who needs to receive them and would like to automate this.

Also if I use google apps do I really need my mail in the apple cloud? Thanks!
