German Resident attempts suicide in East Pattaya following death of his son

PATTAYA:--A German resident of Pattaya who was devastated at the recent death of his Son, attempted to take his own life at his East Pattaya home on Thursday afternoon.

Police and rescue services were called to the house in Chockchai Village 4 in Soi Neun Plub Wan, occupied by Mr. Manfred Bernd Chudasch aged 69. He had a self-inflicted knife wound, measuring 20cm in length across his stomach and had prepared a noose in his bathroom. It is believed he was prevented from killing himself by his house-keeper who arrived just-in-time.

Mr. Chudasch was known to be in a deep depression following the death of his son Mr. Timo Chudasch aged 44 at the same house on 4th July

This is so sad.

News on the death of his son stated that his son took his life because he couldn't take care of his sick father any longer.

Don't like to say this, but maybe the house-keeper should have arrived 15 minutes later. wai.gif

OMG That is so sad. Imagine how the poor man must feel if that was the case of his sony doing it because he couldn't look after his dad? How would that make any of us feel. Poor guy.

I hope he has family or some people either then doctors who can help him. :(
