i was down in Sirarcah the other day and i noticed they had a immo office there i need to do my 1 year visa soon can i go there to do this maybe they won't be so busy and won't need to spend 3 hours waiting to do this .. is this allowed ??

You have to use the immigration office for the area where you are residing.
