Can anyone kindly help with my query?

I hold a 1yr Multi Entry Non Imm O from Hull. I am from UK, aged 43. My three month stay expired on 17 July. I have already extended at Chaeng Wattana up to 15 September.

I want to apply for visa extension based on marriage. I have all the documents, but my queries are:

Should I apply 30 days before my visa expires (which is 15 Sept)? Are these days inclusive?

What would happen if I applied with 28, 27 days remaining?

I would be very grateful for any advice offered...

You can apply up to 30 days before your extesion of stay ends, so bewteen 16 August and 15 September. The extension will start on 15 September, so you don't lose any days.

It is always advisable to do it early, as in case some documents are missing you have time to sort things out.
