It's part of the lyrics from a popular Thai song: กินตับ gin dtap

Literally it means to eat liver, but the slang meaning is to have sex.

When this song is on, everytime the chorus plays you'll see some people stand exactly like those 3 boys on the picture and move back and forth like when you're having sex, so that was probably the inspiration for the captions.

I'm glad I came across this forum! I need help translating something as well. Hope you all can help me :) However, I'm trying to see about uploading the picture here. Its a jpeg file and it won't let me convert it into anything else :( I tried loading it to photobucket but I got an errorr. Don't know if there is any other way to upload it.
