A visa entry remains valid, if he is on an extension of stay that ends when his employment ends. Both WP and prmission tos tay have to be cancelled in that case.

No, without a work permit he will not get an extension of stay based on working as he is not working. He gcan get an extension of stay based on other reasons, such as married to a Thai national.

You need to ascertain if he has an extension from within Thailand or not.

ok thanks guys.Well then he have to go get a turistvisa the next day after he cancel.If he cancel for exempel on Monday then he can go visa trip Tuesday?with out spend 1900 for 7days at immigration?Any way its cheaper to get one day overstay then pay 1900.Hm just thinking he can go first out of the country and apply for Turistvisa then hes B-visa is canceld anyway and the wp he can go do when he is back?
