I've been asked to attach my itinerary for the trip...and all I have is a one-way ticket.

Would it be sufficient to buy a AirAsia fare out of the country just to show them that I am heading out at a certain time? And when should that time be? Within the 3 first months, or ?

Who is asking for an itinerary? Immigarion, never heard of that one before...just go as tourist, no intinerary, just sightseeing, bars..ha ha

With a Non Imm B visa a one way ticket should be sufficient.
