Hi,

im 26 years old Croatian and travelling through Asia at the moment!

Im in Shanghai right now and im planning to go to Thailand for a week in the end of August.

Where should i apply for Tourist Visa??? Is it impossible to get without PR?

Go to http://www.thaiembassy.org/main/ and click on the embassy or one of the consulates in China for info and location for getting visa.

I understand it is possible to get but may take some time.

if your only coming to thailand for 1 week you don't need a tourist visa.

A visa is required for any travel to Thailand on that passport.

There is a Thai consulate in Shanghai. Apply there for a 30 or 60 day stay (or whatever they'll give you).
