elektrified
Anyone know where they sell Styrofoam packing peanuts in C.M.? Tried C.M. Plastics to no avail. Anywhere else we asked where they sell packing materials, etc. we only got "mai mee". When asked where to get them we got "mai roo". A supplier in BKK would be fine as well if anyone knows of one. Thanks in advance.
masuk
Last thing I got packed in 'peanuts', turned out they were all water-soluble. Styrofoam pellets often not welcome in many countries, which may explain your difficulties.

MrBrad
As a thought, you might try inquiring at some of the shops out south around Hang Dong or Ban Tawai. Many of the shops there ship their fragile products worldwide, singly or in large quantity. Also, at least back in the States, shops like UPS and FedEx will package items for shipping. They, too, might have foam peanuts or know where to get them.

elektrified
cmbe, you are a wealth of good information and a valuable forum member. Thank you so much! MrBrad, to be honest the last 3 or so kilos we had we picked out of the trash at one of the trucking companies near Baan Tawai! They were from merchandise imported into Thailand. Filled 2 cars!
