Moving To Thailand. Need Thai Sim Cards For 2 Iphone 4'S. Ideas?

Hello,

I'm moving over to Thailand in September and I have no idea how the Thai mobile phone networks run. I'm basically looking to get two pre-paid sim cards that will work in an iPhone 4. Any recommendations for sims/networks?

Looking to use quite a lot of data and not many minutes or texts?

Thanks.

First, is your iPhone unlocked? It has to be unlocked to use a Thai SIM. Also it depends on where you plan to live in Thailand as to the "best" service for you. In my area AIS one to Call. Other areas DTAC or True Mobile. They all have websites with plans and coverage areas.

For pre-paid sim card, go for One-to-Call of AIS as it has the widest coverage in Thailand and signal is much stable as compared to DTAC or any other brand. Once you land in Thailand international airport, there is an AIS counter at exit which you can purchase and inquire details in English there itself.
