My Thai Wife Run Away After Marry In Serbia

Hi im from Serbia,

Im 47 years old i married 2 month ago a thai women from issan.

I met her walking on the streets in bangkok.

we dated for a couple of weeks and then she took to meet her family.

I have read a lot of thai culture and understand the sin sod.

Im a wealthy man so when they ask me for 1m baht i so no complication.

I said i would transfer the money after we marry in my hometown.

So i went back we keep in contact very often and saw no sign of unfaithfulness or bad vibes.

After some time i ask her to come and marry me i paid her ticket, but when she arrived she was crying all day and in bad mood could not eat our food and was fighting me all days. She even didndnt want me to have sex with her which when i was in thailand was no problem.

After we married i send the money and took her to to the country i work.

last weekeend she has disappeared and i think she did it with a son of a friend of mine.

i dont know what to do.

Is there anything i can do legally to get my money?

has this happened to any european guy?

I would love some advise insight or expirience story.

Even though she wouldn't have sex with you, I'd say that she has screwed you big-time.

That money is gone. If you are wealthy as you say you are then call it a cheap lesson as you could have purchased a car, home and land for several million baht AND then she could have disappeared.

Many have been left after a short period of time after paying out cash. If she is on your visa in the 3rd country, report her to immigration as a runaway and get that visa cancelled. Whatever the procedures are, file for divorce today and never look back. Not enjoyable to throw away a million baht, but like I said it could have been worse.

Also, a million baht sinsod is normally the - I don't want to marry you, but if you want to pay me, I will sign the paperwork (but I will try to get away as soon as possible) and be your wife for a period of time.

Does no one take a step back and think before acting. The marraige had as much chance of success as me taking a vacation on Mars. She did not like the food there (not surprised as thai's like their own food) would not have sex, cried all the time, so one could safely say she was not happy and yet you still marry her. This a joke or what? You agreed 1 Million Baht sinsod for her to marry you, she did, you paid, end of story. No way can you get your money back.

Not a nice thing to happen but the lady is not only the one at fault here. You made an agreement with her, she kept to that agreement, by marrying you. She was not happy about it and you could see that but still went ahead.

Best advice is think hard before you commit to anything in the future. Oh and maybe see a shrink to test your intelligence level.
