I am importing from Australia (cosmetics) and I have had some issues with customs as they change the rules everytime. Last time the charge US$200.00 for "free samples" (properly marked and documented).

I need a Custom Clearance agent that can deal with the local system and way to operate. I am not concent about the braves, but I want to have a more clear perspective of what will happen befire shipping. Can somebody assist?. Thanks.

It would depend on what kind and type of cosmetics you are going to import as different types will incur different charges. Additionally, if you are importing samples they need to be less than 1kg per invoice and if they are not samples but salable goods you must have a FDA approval.
