Can anybody out there recommend a place where I can buy a reasonable guitar in Ubon Ratchathani for my kids birthday?

Head down to the main market at the bridge. Near the Sri Issan hotel, on the corner is a decent music shop.

I think that i have seen a place opposite Sappasit Hospital going east

The sell everything shop on Upparat Road where the songthaews stop when they first come over the bridge has a few

I was in Big C yesterday and there is a display/sales of guitars down on the far right, near the computer section.

It is one of those stalls just outside of the check-outs.

This is the music shop that I usually use. They seem to have a reasonable enough selection of instruments.
