this is a new one on me . a self cerification form to be completed and submitted with all visa applications.

also one of the ways of obtaining a type 0 VISA , ie, being between the age of 50 and 64 years of age .

and reqd to have £20.000 in a uk bank ,no longer exists . you need to prove a mounthly income

of £1200. minimum.

i recieved this info from a thai consulate yesterday .they are certainly tightening up,

selective visitors only ,please.

Yes. This is not a new. form. I filled one in to accompany my Non O appliaction in July 2009 when I came to live here.
