I am Malsyaian and my wife is Thai,i need to apply both country passport,Do i need to apply from embassy of malaysia in bangkok first or thai passport?

i already check with embassy of malaysia in bangkok,they say only issue temporary passport for 6 month,after that i have to go back malaysia apply for new passport.

AFAIK Malaysia does not allow dual nationality so child can only have one passport in eyes of Malaysia; so believe Malaysia passport would have to be issued in Malaysia with no reference to Thai nationality.

You are expected to make a choice of nationality I believe; or at the least only have one passport. Would suggest you Google dual nationality for Malaysian or obtain competent legal advise. Malaysia is not the same as Thailand and what you do now may have a lifetime effect on your child.
