Submitting Uk Visa Documents At Vfs

We often hear of applicants being told by VFS that they cannot submit a "folder" of documents. Here is a response on the subject received from UKBA Bangkok :

Dear Mr M.......... ( addressed to me at Visas Plus ),

Thank you for your email dated 27^th August.

I can confirm that we have spoken to the staff at VFS to advise them that they should be accepting the documentation in folders if this is how the applicant has chosen to submit it. If you have any more instances where staff at VFS refuse to accept folders and files please let us know so that we can take appropriate action.
