The last post reminds me.

I'm planning on bringing some things over from the states that I just can't get in LOS and can't decide if I should ship or bring on the plane. The thing is, is that I will want to run some errands around BKK before heading down to Phangan.

I thought I saw lockers at the train station, anyone know about that? It might be just as easy to mail the stuff, but it's going to be heavy and the cost to ship is going to be 3 times the amount of the products.

I could also fly down, but again not sure where to leave everything and cost.

Any suggestions out there

There is a left luggage stand in the domestic terminal at Don Muang. Its very reasonable. something like 35B per bag per day.

Don't know about the train station.

There is a left luggage room at Hualumpong train station too.

A friend of mine told me that if you fly Bkk air you can go around the corner with your excess baggage to their cargo office and send your luggage as air cargo instead of paying the excess baggage charges. Apparently the price is quite reasonable.
