When i postin the weather forum on the rain tread, it will let me add reply i type what i want to type and then i try to put a which it wnt let me do, then i hit add reply and nothing happens, now is it me or the forum?

Nothing on your end. I suspect the entire forum is set to "announce only" and that means no replies, like the classified forums. Wait for A.M. Thai time and we'll see what the admins say. If they want the forum set to announce only we can move "Rain" somewhere else.
