Drunken Man stabbed in the back during robbery outside his Sattahip home

SATTAHIP:--A man was stabbed in the back after a drinking partner turned rogue and stole his wallet containing almost 10,000 Baht on Tuesday afternoon outside of his rented apartment in Sattahip.

Rescue services and Police were called in to assist the victim, Khun Kanjit aged 30, who told officers he had been drinking Thai Whisky all day and was approached by a man who asked if he could join him. He agreed and the pair continued the drinking until the other man grabbed a wallet left on the floor nearby.

A scuffle ensued during which time, the suspect produced a knife and stabbed Khun Kanjit in his back. The suspect was able to escape and currently remains at large.
