Does anyone know of anyplace doing fat injections into the breast? My nephew recently married a lovely girl who is self-conscious because one breast is larger than the other (both are tiny as is the rest of her..barely 40 kg if that). Not looking fior big boobs, not looking for implants and definietly not looking for any big surgery...just to decrease the size difference. She's so tiny to start with that it would seem like a small injection of fat would do the trick. Anyone heard of this?

I know lots of girls that dive with implants , never heard any complaints. From the girls or the guys watching them wriggle into their wet suits

Buts as ever with a medical question you should consult a doctor. Best to find a Dr. that dives and does tit jobs. (hope thats not politically correct)

My advice would be to establish who and what implants, then check with the manufacturer and not the doctor. There are several companies that make them so it may be a good idea to contact several and take an average.

Also on silicone verses saline, the saline implants will go flat after a while because of osmosis. Silicone is more viscous and osmosis wont occur. I know this only because I happened to be talking to a doctor who does the procedure.

i would guess from this then that the saline ones would got flatter quicked then under increased pressure, at least saline isnt toxic if there is a problem tho,

Girls get boob jobs for other girls... its like buying a new purse or showing off a new outfit. I would think twice about the boob job if you decided to get it.

Dr. Preecha is probably the best plastic surgeon in Bangkok, and also the most exspensive. Don't cut corners on the material used. Check out Bad Plastic Surgery and view the photos and make sure you are willing to take the risk. You probably will not have to worry about anything, as long as you see a good doctor.

Also think about the material used (silicone, saline or gel-filled), shape, texture and the placement of the implant (submuscular or grandular). The material used can effect the shape of your breast after surgery and the feel of it. You want people to think (or say) nice tits NOT nice implants. The placement of the implant will depend on which is best for you which a doctor will help to determine. Placement may effect nipple sensitivity.

The hospital or clinic you choose to receive care may only offer only option or many options.

The osmosis is gradual over several years. The pressure of diving should not make a difference but that is just my opinion because the shell is not porous. If I understand it correctly the implant shell stays moist from the saline. The cavity that the implant is placed must be a drier environment. So as the outside of the shell dries the moisture is replaced from inside. I had a water bed for several years and periodically it required adding water due to osmosis. It never leaked but once a year or so I added about 5 to 10 gallons. As far as the silicone, the doctor said it would stay in the cavity if the implant failed, but I am sure he meant short term. So if it does rupture you should get it replaced right away. He said the manufacturer would pay for any surgery due to a failure. I am sure they would put you to the top of the list, and perhaps even get you in withing 24 hours to avoid any legal action. The time would be less but you need to fast before surgery.

have a few friends who are plastic surgeons; this is a very poor way to do things; the fat can move around, and ends up mostly disappearing and the reaminder becomes lumpy; also the lumps can turn into tumors and have problems....

The same system was used in expansion of men in certain areas, with equal problems.

Better solution....either different sized implants, or just don't do anything :-)

Sheryl, I was watching something on tele the other day, about a woman who had fat injections into her boobs. She had to have massive surgery to get them out, cause it formed in to globules that looked like cancers (white/grey blobs) on mammograms. She also had massive pain!

Did you ever try those silicone bra insert things? If youre worried about your boob size, maybe try them before you get implants. Maybe put on some weight..I know i "fill out" the more weighty i am...

From what I understand doctor Preechart is the top doctor in Thailand, and all the other doctors work under him in what could be called an organization of plastic surgeons (don’t know the exact name). That is no doubt why his name comes up most in so many threads. There are many competent doctors that can do the procedure as it is relatively simple. Your best bet is go and look at the show and tell pictures each doctor has of before and after. If you like his work, then make your appointment. I think without going to look is like shopping for an apartment in Bangkok from New York, You need to walk in and look and see if the toilet flushes.

One point needs to be considerd here, someone said over time they will go down, loose there size ! if this is the case after a while when you have healed up nicely and are used to your nice big boobs it will be time to go through the whole deal again to replace the sagging implants, the remooval of the old implants and replacement sounds worse to me than the first operation ? whats the bottom line ?

Silicone will not deflate but the breasts will eventually sag some depending on the placement of the implant. In the states some women go back every 7 years or so for bigger implants to compensate. Not that it is necessary, it is more a case of vanity at that point.

Saline implants will dry out because of osmosis leaving just the shell.

Don't let these comments scare you. It is always the guys who prefer natural that are trying to put you off. There are equal number of us who think different. If it makes you happy, do it. I've dated 2 woman with implants and I never felt so happy.

I also happen to know about 10 different girls that have the implants and they ALL love them. Not a single complaint. You seem serious about it, so don't let anyone stop you. Enjoy the new you.

i have mentioned this a few times, breast implants seems to be so poplular these days.

My wife had them done a while back and i was in charge of researching where to go and which is the best surgeon etc.

Well i can tell you it took me months of getting no where, one farang would say something and then my Thai wifes posh friends would say No!

So then the most honest information i got was from

Apparently Thailand has lot of breast surgeons and lots of different prices and grades of implants. unfortunately sometimes farangs don't know what is the best quality implant as how can we ever be sure whats what is actually real out there, so we can pay a high price and get crap quality that leads to encapsuation etc. that means hardened boobies! and you can often find lots of these wandering around Nana, just touch them and it feels like a bowling ball.

Thats what Thais pay for around 50-60 000 thb and are usually the Katoys or bar girls who go for that. They look ok under a bra, but touch them or inspect them and its not really what i want my wife to have for the rest of our days.

Also it does not matter what hospital you go to but more the surgeon you choose because the surgeons work any where they like, they just pay for the premises, so if its posh bumungrad or the one we went to was samitivet which was still great.

anyway getting back on track...

we paid 115 000 baht for underarm surgery ( which apparently on another forum here) they say is not that popular yet in the USA because it harder to perform and needs more skill, which we think is great because we got grade 1 implants that were genuine too. Mentor and made in the USA.

not only that free pick up from airport, a 5 star hotel FREE again. a nice brand new Honda civic to drive us to ALL appointements and great farang run company and staff looking after us all the way.

we paid not a penny more.

so don't stress and waste your time like i did going online and taking the BTS around for most of my holiday looking for boobs

ok seriously about BA

size - choose the implant just not too big , so it will look nice and natural result , too huge it will look like u attach chinese bun on your chest ,and risk to get capsular contracture

material - silicone has more natural result than saline sac

Incision Placement -

Transaxillary (transax or armpit incision) >> popular in TH surgeon

Areola (nipple incision, peri-areolar incision)

Inframammary fold (crease incision)

TUBA (transumbilical, belly button, or navel incision)

Implant Placement

sub-glandular > under mammary gland ..result look the most natural, but risk to get capsular contracture , and you have to have atleast B cup breat ..coz the doc need the space to insert the implant

sup-pecteral > less natural look than above, but less risk for capsular contracture also ..you can do this way even u have AA or A but more hurt than above though

sub-muscular > the most hurt ,less natural look

you 'd think it well before you decide to do the operation , you might have to do it again in next 10-15 yrs later.. and the boring job , you have to massage your boobs all of your life for prevent capsular contracture (errr..... if you have helping hands, that 'd be great )

after BA you still can feed milk for kid and your nipples still get sensitive as be4 (90% of patients get good result and no complication as numb at nippies)

I have implants and yes they are firmer then real breasts but still actually quite soft at the same time.

Some men just dont like implants but an ex of mine didnt like them as his ex had them, once i got mine done he said how much he likes them now as mine were softer etc
