If you have a laptop and a decent connection, there are programs available that will send a fax overseas in a microsecond.

Those MBE mail box shops do faxing. There are many dotted around bangkok, including the MBK shopping mall and outside the emporium mall on the BTS platform, but there is probably one even closer to you.
