Is the population of transgender and homosexuals growing in the last century or at least the biggest lump (no pun intended) of the population presently between the ages of 13 and 45? I wonder if it is a steady growth?

I've always suspected there are some environmental factors at play here whether it's plastics, hormones or fertilizers. Another odd thing I've noticed since moving here is the number of young women (again approx. 13-45) that have pronounced dark mustaches. It's not a genetics thing because I have several Thai female friends back home in America, who are 2nd generation born and raised, who do not have mustaches and do not shave, wax or laser as far as I know. I don't know, maybe my observation population is too small to conclude.

I think there are more of them here because they look better. Of course it is a matter of taste, but I think the Thai ladyboys are a lot more pleasant to the eye than western ones even not being my cup of tea.

Also, apart from the criminals which are what they are not necessarily because they are ladyboys, there are quite a few of them in many different kinds of work.

If it is not illegal and nobody tries to make it compulsory, let people live however they wish.

Cross dressing and transgendered people are everywhere and all over the world it all depends on what is accepting in a society for it to become part of the norm in every day mainstream life.

I can give one example, the UK - a totally prejudiced place and a hell of a lot of homophobia and bullying towards cross dressers and transgendered people therefore most people are too afraid to come out and express their true selves. However you'd be surprised at how many there are and what normal lives they lead. There are special events in the UK like fetish nights and special cross dressing and transgendered communities in the UK because they are too scared to do it alone.

I don't think people who cross dress or who are transgendered are some kind of genetically deformed species due to plastics in Thailand. That is ridiculous.

They just are who they are and its more accepting to the hell of it. I'm glad its accepting and I would welcome equality to all genders all over the world.
