Pakasai Resort Ao Nang

Hi folks

I'm Looking for a hotel in Krabi and like the look of this place. Price is around 2500 Baht per night for the dates I want.

Just wondering if anyone has stayed there or can recommend a good hotel in or around Ao Nang for similar price range.

It's one of the older resorts in Ao Nang and a bit past it's prime.

I never staid there because it's situated on a hillside in a side street of beach road between Nopparat Tara and Ao Nang beaches.

Lots of stairs to climb or descend, that's a definate no-no for me, but heard from people staying there that it's got wonderful views over the bay, depending on where your room is situated.

My favorite hotel there was the Golden beach (the bungalows) direct on the beach (breakfast only so-so) but at night a nice sunset and a stroll away from " The last Cafe".

However my last visit was 5-6 years ago, so don't hold me to it.
