It's not fake that it doesn't work. The ones my pals bought worked very well. Fake 'not licensed' and fake 'doesn't work' are two entirely separate issues. Maybe you're joking, but I've actually thought about that even though I don't need it. It would be fun to be a bit thicker and to have a "constant." I wouldn't get a pump. I'd get the two semi rigid implants. The only reason I haven't done it is because if there are complications it's disasterous. There aren't that many doctors in the US who are acutally certified to do it. Plastic surgeons etc. who aren't certified can legally do it, but I'd want someone who'd done the work to get certified.
