Can I Get My One Year Extension From Chiang Khong Immigration?

I stay in Chiang Kham, Phayao, I got my first 3 month non-o retirement visa at the Chiangmai immigration office. Since my residence falls under the service area of the Chiang Khong immigration check point I would prefer to get my one year extension of stay (based on retirement) from there. Would appreciate some guidance.

No. Only at Mae Sai Immigration Office. This Office relocates to Central Plaza in Chiang Rai city on the first Saturday of each month.
