Twitter Problems

Featured Replies

Posted this in the Tech forum last week but got no bites.

I know it's just me, because I checked out downforeveryonrorjustme .com For about a month now, sometimes I can get Twitter, sometimes I can't. It isn't just a day by day thing - sometimes I'll get on in the morning and not the afternoon, or the other way around. Or I'll get on it and an hour later I can't. I've tried everything I can think of - it's simply timing out. Going through a proxy (Ultrasurf) helps sometimes but not always. Haven't tried Tor yet, seems a bit extreme for twitter. Not my computer - happens on my tablet as well as the laptop.

Anyone have any idea of the cause. No problems with any other site, and this has just started happening.

Happens all the time for about 3 months now with Twitter & Pinterest don't know if it is just a system overload but I refresh after a minute & I'm back.

I try to refresh, but it doesn't help. It can connect, but it's so slow it either times out or gives me the first few lines of the home page. Once it's down, it's down for hours. Just so strange.
