Bought mine at Central, 2nd road side, 3rd or 4th floor where they have kitchenware.

Central Department store.

The "Chinese shop" on 2nd road, South Pattaya between Royal Garden and Pattaya Tai.

Kitchen supply shop on second road, opposite Pattayaland Soi 1

All those places mentioned have them as well as Homeworks next to Big C near S Pattaya road and sukumvit.

There's also a stainless steel shop opposite Tony's on 3rd road that has some assorted kitchen stuff, as well as larger items such as ovens. Name might have been J&B, but can't swear. Easy enough to spot.

Ah yes and HomeWorks next to BigC south road has western kitchen items as well. From the doors to the left when going in.
